LJ-razz, 7.03.06: pineapple upsideways down ... rolls ... things

My niece left behind a can of crushed pineapple from yesterday's cupcake adventure, and I didn't want them to go to waste, so I hijacked a simple cinnamon roll recipe, rolling up the pineapple with some margarine (also left behind), brown sugar, and cinnamon mixed in.
