Tunisian couscous with vegetable stew
So many things I love! Couscous, curry, and veggies.

Tunisian cuisine is a tasty blend inherited from the Turks, the Arabs, the Berbers, the Italians, the French and the Spaniards while using delicious mediterranean ingredients. Some of the most unique and most generously used ingredients are the harissa, cumin, safron, caraway, olive oil, capers and couscous.
